This week on 21th Post.NL delivered my order from Kpn ( internet+tv), but because i wasn't home , my package was left inside at the entrance of the building.

Today, when i coming home, i found my package opened and vandalized.

Kpn box 12 ( modem) , has suffering visibles damages and dents and must be replaced.

Also, manuals instructions missing and probably more.

I need an answer about that as soon as possible. Of, course I don't have any ideas who did that. Just need my modem to be replaced.

Fastest way to resolve this is to call 0800-0402 if you didn't already do that. 

If not I can also check what I can do if you like. Then please fill in your profile and let me know when you did.


The problem has been solved two days ago, by Kpn klantservice. 

I received another internet modem Experia v10, which running perfectly.

Strangest behaviour of person who damaged my modem Kpn Box 12 , has been replaced  by Kpn klantservice with professional involving , and that making me happy.
