Hello,

 

I close my subscription and brought back my modem to a KPN shop shortly after that.

However, I’m still receiving email from KPN asking to return the modem.

How could I contact KPN to let them know that the modem was already return?

 

 

Did you contact customersupport yet @tototot? Did you receive a confirmation that the modem was returned in the shop?

I had to contact them via Twitter ( @kpnwebcare ). They asked for a confirmation slip and all was ok after that.
