Quickest way to get a new modem is to call Customer Service on 0800-0402, you will get some options in dutch, just ignore that and say you want to speak to an employee.
Last time you had support from KPN, a mechanic fixed your fiber optic box. Ans now youre Box 12 is broken? Some really bad luck!Â

Yes the issue is resolved, new modem was delivered and old one was returned.
