Hello there, I already contacted you about my question and send a parcel to the address you gave me but it returned and said the address is valid. I even needed to pay extra for the return… 

Any ideas what I should do now?

Also I don’t have the parcel you send to me as I already moved out of my flat.

Hi @A_fdm, returns can only be made via PostNL or a KPN store, not DHL. This is always free of charge. If you write the information below on the box and give it to them, you will be fine.

Make clear to the German postal service that this is an address in the Netherlands.


@A_fdm The address is invalid because the postcode is missing

@DaveA A international parcel shipment is not free of charge, it does not matter with DHL or POSTNL or whatever. You need to pay the cost for schipping from abroad to Netherlands


We did, you just can not see the whole address as they put a return sticker on top of it
