Trying to reset admin password of Box 12 but it doesn't work

I’m trying to reset the admin password of the KPN Box 12 modem/router. I did press the reset button next to the power for 7sec. more, and did saw that the LEDs been shutdown and back on again later. However, when I’m trying to logon by using the admin password printed on the label, it still doesn’t work. I tried this few times, same result.

Hi @TheMagicDragon, welcome to our forum. It sounds like the reset did what it was meant to do, but logging in still didn't succeed.

In our knowledge base we have a article that can help you with this: Inloggen webinterface KPN Box 12. It is in Dutch, but I think it'll help you if you use Google Translate.
