Wifi is not working, tv does with a cable

Hello. I have no connection with wifi Computer and TV work with cable, but all devices with wifi do not. It does not accept my password, it does not allow me to change it

Sorry to read that you can't use your wifi. 

In our topic about the Box 12 you can find how to login to the Box. 

Then you can change the wifi network to your own preference.
