Hello,

I received my KPN sim card and need to activate it. I tried to send an SMS and call a phone number but I was unable to.  Always shows message failed to deliver
When I visit mijn KPN and try to connect the product with my profile, I receive a message that my number is inactive and I need to make a phone call or send an SMS.

I’m currently in Belgium, what would the solution be?

A KPN prepaid sim needs to be activated by connecting to the KPN network in the Netherlands.
This won’t work on a foreign network. However, a KPN moderator can also activate it. Put your 06-number and simcardnumber in your Forum profile and report here when you’ve done so.
Use the field “Persoonlijke opmerkingen”, only visible by you and KPN.

As far as I can see the simcard is now active. Would you please confirm this?
