Hi;
I have bought KPN pre-paid sim card from Holland (it's been a week) and turned back to Deutschland. Today I tried to register my sim card and have not succeeded. I tried to call various numbers and also sending SMS' but it did not work. Also I typed *101# to check deposit but sadly it says your number is not registered (this is what I get from the message). Can you please help me out.

Thx.
SkyAlya

Hi @SkyAlya, To activate the SIM card you must be within the Netherlands. If you are in the Netherlands, you can follow the instructions below.

1. Place the new SIM card in your mobile phone.
2. Turn on your device.
3. Activate your SIM card by calling or texting any number in the Netherlands.
The default PIN code for your SIM card is 0000.

It must be possible from Germany. Select an other network (in the phonemenu) and try again.

What is de expiration date for the package? Sometimes packages are to long in stock in a store. The latest date of activation is then passed.
