I’m having a strange issue where even though I have more than 30 minutes of call credit, I am unable to call certain number(s). When I try, I get a recorded message: “U kunt momenteel niet bellen, als u wilt opwaarden, toets 1244”. I tried the same number on different days and in different locations, but the same happens. However, I am able to call other numbers with no problem. All numbers called are local Dutch numbers.

Thank you for your reply. It is indeed a 088 number, but I have not had any “bonustegoed” for a whole year. I have been purchasing the internet and call bundles for at least 10+ months.
088 can also not be called from a bundel. Only from BELTEGOED.
Blijft wel de vraag waarom je niet een 088 nummer vanuit een bundel kan bellen.
Voor zover ik lees, zijn de kosten hetzelfde als bellen naar een normale vast nummer, en word het ook gewoon gezien als een lokaal nummer?
