Cannot roam with KPN prepaid

Unable to use internet while roaming. I have taken a new Prepaid KPN connection. But unable to use it while roaming in other EU countries. Can you please help.

Hi, unable, welcome to the forum! KPN prepaid can be used to roam. However, you also have to enable roaming in your phone. Have you done so? If you need assistance with that, please let me know what brand and type phone you have.
