Change databundle

I activate unlimited bundle,128 kbps. I dont like the speed of internet. Its very slow.can not even browse anything. So I activated another bundle, but still its using old bundle 128 kbps one. 

Please help me with changing the bundle, deactivate old one(128 kbps)  and use the new one.

You have the automatisch renewal???

Then that Will be the prefereren one. 

At leest you have to sit out the 31 days. If it is the repeating one you can make to stop it at the end of the 31 days  periode. By sending *142*009# .

The one with 143 Will not renew but stop after 31 days.

Did you taken the bundel which automatisch stops after 31 days? *143# stops automatisch after 31 days. Then you can take another. 

Or the repeating one? *142#

It is automatic renewal off one. 

And i selected new bundle 500MB data one(automatic renewal off) before the old one expiry.

Thank you for the response. But i suggest KPN should change such policy. In such cases, it should override the old bundle and activate the new one.

Anyways thanks for clarification.
