Hi I have a problem with my kpn prepaid sim, I have no internet as my 100gb data prepaid bundle isn't working but the 500 minute/SMS is working, I also can't find the internet bundle balance on the prepaid app.

Hi, my kpn prepaid bundle isn't working, it was activated but since march it stopped working whereas I get messages that I do have a 100gb internet bundle but I can't seem to use it.
