Emergency bundle does not show up in the app and data is costing me prepaid

Yesterday one of the KPN support people activated a 100G bundle on my number because Internet at home is not working. I also received a message about the activation. However, the bundle is not showing up in the prepaid app and it is not working: I spent 12euros of traffic without the bundle active

Hello @Savio, i am really sorry but i need to tell you that the Emergency 100G data bundle is only possible when you have a mobile subscription. When you have Prepaid, it is not possible to use this bundle. I am really sorry that you were misinformed about the emergency bundle. 

The customer service did however arrange for you a MIfi router with a simcard, so that you can use this for internet. This will be delivered today to you. This package will be delivered to you home between 14:15-16:45
