Geen netwerk met prepaid-aansluiting [ENG]

hi All,

My problem is the same as described above. Just bought a prepaid KPN number and there is no network in the phone when I insert the SIM. Please help me activate as I have recently moved to Netherlands and without phone everything seems tough.

May i ask did you bought the simcard on the KPN site? or in a store? Sometimes if you buy in a store its possible the simcard is already expired, so look on the simcard package if thats the case.

Otherwise you will have to wait here, until a kpn moderator respond and can help you further.

Hi @Purnima That's really weird and ofcourse I'm gonna do my best to help you out. @Misja20 is asking a good question; I recognize the situation he describes. Could you enter your phone number and the number of your simcard in your Forum Profiel, so I can have a look at your number?
