Hello. I paid for the 250 text and call bundle and none of my texts or calls are going through. This is for a prepaid SIM card. I only speak English so I’m not able to access the help line. The data I paid for works on the phone but my texting and calling is not working.

Could you start with turning your phone off completely, and than starting it again? It's plausible everything works again after that!
If not, can you please update the ‘persoonlijke opmerkingen’ field of your profiel with your phone number AND the sim card number and give me a heads up if you’ve done so? I'd like to check our systems to see if I can find any errors!
