Hello! I can't call in any Eu countries. I have this problem since I got the sim. Please help me to solve this issue. Thank you! 

Put your KPN Prepaid phone number and sim card number in PRIVATE fields of your community profile, so a KPN moderator can check the sim's activation status.

Where did you buy the SIM card? Have you tried rebooting your phone?
