KPN prepaid has no connection

Hello, 

My friend just purchased a prepaid KPN sim but the data is not working at all. There’s signal on his phone but doesn’t seem to have any connection for internet.

Hi @Gus B! Welcome to the forum. Would you confirm to me that you have money on the simcard? Or that you have a prepaid bundel active? 

Just to make sure, turn your phone off and then back on. And try resetting the internet settings of your mobile phone.
