KPN Prepaid unlimited data bundle much slower than advertised speed

I bought kpn unlimited internet bundle since i will be in Rotterdam for the next 30 days or so. I have been given information that speed should be around 100kbps however i get no more than 30kbps. Is there any tips or tricks to improve my speed?

The maximum speed of this bundle is 128 Kbit/s. That's not very fast but it should be enough to send and receive Whatsapp messages for instance. Unfortunately there are no tips or tricks to improve the speed of this bundle, I'm sorry!
