Hello! 

I have converted my subscription(1 year contract) to a pre-paid connection as I want to move to another service provider with the same number I currently use. I also have settled the remaining amount of my contract by December. However when my new service provider requests for number porting, with the customer ID I have on my KPN receipt (********203), they declined the request. Then again I contacted KPN and they provided me with some other IDs which also do not work as KPN keeps declining my new service provider’s request. What can I do about this?
