Roaming does not work in Iran. Simcard is unable to connect to any network operator.

I have recently bought a simcard in Netherlands and I used it there and it worked perfectly fine . I travelled to iran and tried using roaming but the simcard is unable to connect to any network operator and I can’t uses it at all . You have roaming agreement with iraninan operator ir-mci and they have acknowledged in their website that they have a roaming aggreement with you.

Please help me solve my problem and use my simcard

Hi and welcome @mohammadamin, I'm sorry to hear that your roaming connection doesn't work. Thank you for reaching out. Are you still in Iran right now? Did you buy a prepaid simcard or a contract with us?

The roaming settings in your phone are - I'd say almost most important of all. You can check them with our Toestelhulp by looking up your phone. Don't forget to restart your phone after changing settings. Please let us know if it helped!
