sim card activation is not working

I have a brought a new sim card with mobile number (...) and sim card number (...) on 21st of decemeber.

I am trying to activate it from website and I am getting error every time.

 

*Admin: gegevens verwijderd i.v.m. privacy

Hi @facetorushi Where did you buy this sim card? You bought it on the 21st? The number is deactivated and I'm not sure if I'm able to re-activate it for you.
