Do you mean you dont have any call credit on your prepaid? So the transfer doesn't work?

Hi @Ionut V. . All I can see is that your 7,50 and 2,50 (the bonus)  are activated. I don't see anything else.

When a transfer fails you normally get the money back. Have you checked your bank statements?
