I want to understand what kind of services my SIM card include.

we are from Ukraine, kpn sent us simcards by post, but we don’t understand what kind of service on it.

Kpn told us it’s unlimited, but when I called inside Nederland you charged me.

in one letter you told that we have free calling to Ukraine,  500 min. in Nederland for 6 month and internet.

but you blocked my cards when I called in Nederland ( I had just credit for 2,5 euro) 
 

Why u charge money and block my cards when u said that than we have 500 min. in Nederlads for 6 months?

Can u explain me the situation, please?
