Where can I find my prepaid customer ID?

I have a pre-paid and want to keep the number to another provider while changing to subscription. I need to provide with my customer ID, however the one that KPN customer provides get rejected by KPN in the number transfer process.

where can I find the correct Customer ID?

Hi @e.d, you can't find it yourself so it's good you've contacted us!

Can you please note your mobile phone number ánd your full sim card number in the ‘persoonlijke opmerkingen’ field of your profiel and give me a heads up if you’ve done so?
