Hello Community !

I got a small issue with the KPN extra products activation.

I am at home and connected to the KPN wifi and logged into my KPN Account but everytime I try to activate Netflix and Game Pass I get the following message:

Voeg eerst uw (actieve) KPN internet abonnement toe aan uw KPN ID via MijnKPN op mijn.kpn.com. Uiterlijk 3 dagen na activatie van uw abonnement kunt u inloggen voor "KPN Netflix" met uw KPN ID.

 

Could you please assist me step by step to overcome this annoying situation ?

Very annoying that you are not able to add extra products on MijnKPN. 

Did you already add your product(s) with the customer number?

You can find it when you log in to MijnKPN and go to producten on the top of the page.
