Hello @busnelli, welcome! As the previous community members have already mentioned, it is a violation of our houserules to use caps. I'd therefore like to ask you politely to stop using caps. Yelling doesn't get you anywhere any sooner. :blush: 

That being said, @joop2011 asks some good questions. Did you already have a Netflix account and do you want to connect this account to your KPN account? Or did you want to create a new Netflix account? In either case, you can order Netflix at KPN via MijnKPN. Once you have done this, you can activate your Netflix account. Click the link and log in using your KPN ID (or make one if you don't have a KPN ID already). Then log in to your Netflix account or create a new account. Once you've followed these steps, you should be able to use Netflix. :blush:
