Unable to activate Netflix subscription. Error in MijnKPN

I have received the email to activate Netflix. When I try to do it, I have an error stating "Voeg eerst uw (actieve) KPN internet abonnement toe aan uw KPN ID via MijnKPN op mijn.kpn.com. Uiterlijk 3 dagen na activatie van uw abonnement kunt u inloggen voor "KPN Netflix" met uw KPN ID".

The problem is that I already have activated the KPN internet on my MijnKPN using my KPN ID, therefore I'm a bit stuck at the moment.

To add more context: the internet was set up this morning at my house and I'm trying to activate Netflix while connected to the home network without a VPN.

Hi @Kazum . Welcome to the forum.

So you have created a KPN id account?  Did you also add the clientnumber of your Internet subscription? You can find this number on the invoices and the contract that we have mailed to you.

So you have created a KPN id account?  Did you also add the clientnumber of your Internet subscription? You can find this number on the invoices and the contract that we have mailed to you.

Hi @Erwin_ ,

I tried again yesterday after one day and weirdly it suddenly worked doing the same thing again. 

I can now happily watch Netflix :)
