My iPhone 12 keeps losing sound when I am on video calls, why is this. I am getting a lot of messages that it seems l am on mute when l am not and l don’t know how this can be fixed

This is a good question, do you only have this on video calls? Or also when you are normally using your phone?Â
And do you use an app to video call or is is the Facetime function on the iPhone?
