Hello,

I try to follow the instructions presented on your website for multi-sim activation but after logging with my KPN ID I get a: “Something went wrong… Please try again, or try again later.” message. I use proper credentials (checked that they work when logging via app). Also tried with 2 step auth. disabled - same result. 

So the my question is: how do I fix this, or who should I contact to get support on this case.

Solved. Issue was caused by a pending change in my KPN contract. Discovered while training to add extra subscription - in this case I got a meaningful error message explaining that I just need to wait until my contact is updated. Would be nice to show same message when adding multisim.
