Hi, I ordered an iPhone on a subscription and the day it was supposed to be delivered they came before scheduled time. I then booked the delivery for the next day, received an email saying I wasn't home when they didn't even bother to ring the doorbell. 

I called customer service that told me to go to the store and place another order, which I did. Delivery guy came yesterday to the designated address saying I need to show my passport when the designated document was my ID. Order was cancelled. 

Called customer service again, placed a 3rd (!!!) order and scheduled the delivery for today from 12h30 untill 14h10, nobody showed up and I just got an email saying it wasn't possible to deliver.

 

Will it be possible to have my phone without having to place another order or how do you think we can work this out? order number is ARMOR3911474-1.

 

I would appreciate a reply and some help, because I'm not placing a 4th order.

Update nr1 - Delivery failed again and I'm at the address!
