I am trying to make a new fiber connection for my new place before I move to the Netherlands. KPN sent me an email asking me to call them back on 0800-202017, enter a 7-digit code and select option 4. I am calling the number but the menu is in Dutch and I do not understand it. When it picks up I enter the code then it asks me to speak after the beep but I do not understand what it asks me to say. It 's something about a mail or SMS. Does anyone know what this menu wants and can translate it for me? I have spent too much money on international calls and call center keeps hanging up on me.
