Hi! I placed the order for WiFi equipment to Post nl point and got only the message “you will be able to track your order after 7th November”, I have only the order number and couldn’t find any trace of tracking feauture on the tracking site. How can I track it?

After placing the order you should have received an e-mail with a track and trace code and instructions how to follow the order. Did you receive this e-mail?
