Purple light on wifi booster

All reset options do not fix the problem

@Karen 2 Welcome to our forum. 

Have you already tried to do a clean installation of the Superwifi boosters? 

If that doesn't work, could you let us know?

What kind of wifi boosters are you using and what kind of modem?

Super wifi 2.0 and modem supplied by KPN in September 2022 (can’t see model)

Purple means it does not know what to do. You will need to reconnect it with a wire to the modem for 15 to 30 minutes and after that you can place it back where it came from wireless

Super wifi 2.0 and modem supplied by KPN in September 2022 (can’t see model)

Take a picture of the modem so we can at least see what you are using.

 

Also when u connect the wifi booster with an Ethernet cable to the modem for like 15 to 25 minutes like ik_combineer sugested does the led light stay green after that while the Ethernet cable is still connected ?

It goes green for a little while, then flashes green a few times and then goes back to purple.
