After the recent update of the modem firmware, i am facing issues with 2 of my  SuperWifi with shows orange light even after i reset the SuperWifi. I have also tried placing the SuperWifi near the modem still it shows orange light.

We are receiving more signals of people who are having the same issues. Did you manage to resolve these issues? 


@Remco van KPN Unfortunately, I couldn't fix the SuperWifi issue. Resetting it didn't help, and moving it closer to the modem (as suggested by the orange light indicating a weak connection) didn't make a difference either.

I would completely reset the whole chain Luffy. Starting with the modem and working your way up to the extenders otherwise I would advise you to contact our customer support on 0800-0402.
