WiFi Extender not working

Hello kpn team!

 

One of my extenders is not working properly.

I tried to setup without cable, it failed. With cable, it failed again.

It looks like everything is fine when they are both connected with the ethernet cable but when I take the extender in the location I need it, it turns orange.

 

I haven’t changed anything, I keep the same place I always had it. No changes in modem. Never had a problem before and now I can't keep connected to my mobile anymore.

 

Can you help please?

By the sound of it you’re using our SuperWifi extender. If you look at our article regarding the SuperWifi lights you'll see why it burns orange and what you can do to solve it.
