I am trying to login to Superwifi and tried all admin password. The one which is master and closer to modem and the other which is away, however am not able to login as an admin and always get message that wrong password. Even on Thus app i get a message wrong password. I even reset superwifi points but still not working

Which modem do you use? If you use the thuisapp, which device do you have to scan? A Superwifi or the modem?

If you have a v10a of a Box12, and the modem is the master, you have to scan the modem.

Did a technician install them?
