I am in the exact same situation. I still have no internet after moving to my place more than 6 months ago now. Each time I call KPN I get a different answer. No one is contacting me, I have no way to know if and when I will have internet.

Hoi @Jess123. I'm sorry to hear that you still don't have internet at your new address. Is it about moving an existing subscription or a new subscription?
