Wifi booster does not give green light when I connect it wirelessly

Hi KPN support,

i connected wifi boosters to the modem as per the instructions provided online. It is connecting via ethernet cable. But when i try to connect it wirelessly in my second floor , it gives red light even after 30 mins.

 

I tried reseting the booster twice and trying twice, but it does not work. I need some mechanic help- Looks like either booster is not working or wifi is not strong enough even to the stair case of the first floor from ground floor.
