2 months fee for Probattlezone, we did not order this. How can I cancel?

Probattlezone fee has been paid from my phone bill for 2 months. We did not become a member of the Probattlezone application, we did not accept such a thing, I urgently want it to be canceled.

I can imagine this was an unpleasant surprise. I suspect this is related to Probattlezone, a company that provides games for smartphones and tablets. Someone has subscribed to their service. Unfortunately we’re unable to cancel it for you. You can check on your phone if there’s an active subscription. On an iPhone: go to Settings > tap your name at the top > then Subscriptions. On Android, you can check this in the Play Store app.
