After 2 appointments still didn't receive the E-Sim

Hello KPN Management, 

 

My name is Yoga, one of your customers in Groningen. 

This is my 2nd appointment to get the KPN E-Sim. The KPN courier who delivered the KPN E-Sim was coming pretty late today due to the snow. I had been waiting exactly on the schedule from 11.00 AM to 01.00 PM at my apartment, and he was arrived at around 02.30 PM. 

 

The 1st appointment was also canceled because of numerous orders, which made the courier unable to come to my place.

 

I do really need the Dutch number, since I am now still using the Indonesian number. So, is there any way to get the E-Sim? Or do I need to reschedule a new appointment again?
