Hi, I want to cancel my subscription but I don’t speak an ounce of Dutch language. I tried many things to get some real person to talk to me but nothing seems to work. Can someone please tell me how to get in contact with someone who talks in English? I was using chat bot to get someone to call me but when I put my polish mobile number which starts with +48 (I can’t be called another way only this works) the bot says this number is invalid and it doesn’t understand. I’m going insane because I’m basically paying for something I don’t use. Why isn’t there just a number you can call to get a real person right away?

Non-Dutch phone numbers won't work for call appointments, so that's not an option for you. In that case I suggest you message us through Facebook, Instagram or X if you have an account for either of those.
If your contract term has expired then my colleagues there will be able to cancel it for you. To make it easier, send a private message to them with:
- The name and date of birth of the subscriber
- The address the subscription is/was registered to
- The last 3 digits of the bank account number registered to the subscription
- The 06-number it concerns, if it's about a mobile subscription
