Cancellation due to emigration not processed

Hi,

 

I am due to move abroad and leave the netherlands so tried canceling via this form: https://www.kpn.com/service/administratie/verhuizen/emigreren/doorgeven.htm

 

However, it does NOT allow my submit my form no matter how many combinations I tried. I kept getting sent to the last step but it does not allow me to submit and just keep going back to previous. My client no. is and I have already emailed opzeggen@kpn.com but did NOT get a response for 3 days and I am leaving end of this week. PLease advise URGENTLY!

I called and they just asked me to email opzeggen@kpn.com but I did not get a response

Good to see that you’ve been helped along. You mentioned that you sent an email on December 31. Due to the holidays, it may take a little longer. Have you received a response in the meantime?

No response, I’ve sent several emails and chasers but nothing. It’s disappointing and I am moving on Sunday 5 Jan.

No it did not work out please look into it now. I am so sick of Kpn having the worst service and how long it takes
