Cancellation of my subscription due to emigration

Hi 

I reported cancellation of my internet connection due to emigration.

I already moved out of Netherlands, returned internet equipment to KPN stopre already.

Sent deregistration copy scanned pdf from Gementee with all the details to opzegggen @ kpn.com

I repeatedly sending all the documents, still it is not acted, not sure whats happening/

my customer ID-  ***

Please act on this asap. I am not living there, left country, returned equipments, given emigration proof.. what else is pending.?.

Hi ​@Nataraj, welcome to the community. On the community we don't have the option to cancel subscriptions, but we can look into things. We've hidden your customer ID, because it's important to never share personal details publicly online.

With that number I've checked the subsription, and it is cancelled. Maybe it wasn't processed yet when you opened this topic, but it is completed now.
