Your welcome gift is usually sent a few working days after the 14-day reflection period ends, by our partner. You will get an email with a Track & Trace code. If you haven’t received it yet (check your inbox and spam folder first), the easiest way is to schedule a callback with our customer service. We will call you at a time that suits you.

If you already have a Track & Trace, it’s best to contact our partner directly. They take care of the delivery. You can reach them on working days from 9:00 to 19:00 at 088 6237 006.
