Eligibility for Philips 50" TV Despite Delayed Activation (Snelpakker Offer)

Dear KPN,

On May 14, 2025, I signed up for a new internet subscription via kpn.com (order number S8932592) as part of the Snelpakker campaign, which includes a Philips 50" TV as a welcome gift.

So far, my internet connection has not yet been activated due to technical issues with the fiber connection outside my home. Because of this, the 14-day cancellation period hasn’t started either.

I meet all other conditions for the promotion (24-month contract, new customer, ordered via kpn.com, etc.) and would like to kindly request confirmation that I will still be eligible to receive the welcome gift once my connection is successfully activated.

I understand it's now just a matter of waiting patiently until your connection is realized and running. Hopefully, you feel confident that everything will be sorted out soon.

In the meantime, I can reassure you about your welcome gift: whether your connection is activated within 2 days or 20 weeks, it doesn’t matter. As long as your confirmation states that you’re receiving a TV as a welcome gift, it will remain reserved for you.
