Free TV with KPN subscription during Black Friday

Hi

I had ordered my internet subscription during black friday and chose my welcome gift as a free Philips TV. My connection is now enabled but I have not received any information on shipping of this free gift. Anyone else ordered during this time and got this?

If the TV is on your order confirmation, then 1 business day after your subscription has been activated you should receive an e-mail with the shipping information of the TV. Is the TV mentioned on your order confirmation and, if so, have you received the e-mail in the meantime? More information on this can be found in our Black Friday topic:
