Getting charged after cancellation

Hi, I have cancelled my internet and mobile from KPN a month ago.  However, I still get an invoice requesting for payment.  What can I do?

I expect that you will receive a last invoice with a correction. When did you receive the invoice and when will your subscriptions be cancelled? On what date?
