How can i cancel my KPN subscription?

Here is the issue i want to call a KPN and get a assistance in English i know that people do speak internationally, but here is the issue THE AI function is busted does not work i provide my phone number not DUTCH says sorry i don’t understand we are unable to use function call back…. Okay figured next is to call the international number the +316 1200 1200 (and boy the fun begins) NO ENGLISH none i cant even translate it because its a call! So here i am.

May I ask which subscription you're trying to cancel? Could you please fill in your KPN profile with all relevant details and let me know here once you've done so? For verification purposes, could you also fill in the last 4 digits of your bank account number?
