How can I cancel without a Dutch phone number?

Hello,

 

I placed an order for KPN Internet on January 21 2024, but I want to cancel the contract with KPN within the 14 days cooling off period.  

When I try to do the cancellation via www.kpn.com/annuleren it doesn’t work because both the chat bot and the online form for cancellation asks me for a dutch phone number, which I don’t have. What should I do to cancel my subscription.

If you want to cancel an order within the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days (right of withdrawal), you can contact KPN customer service by telephone.
An employee you will then speak to will ensure that your order is cancelled.

Telephone number:

  • 0800-0402 (if you are in the Netherlands)
  •  +316-12001200 (if you are calling from abroad or with a foreign mobile number)

Opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00
  • Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00
  • Closed on Sunday
