How can I change my subscription to cheaper option?

Hi

We have a one-year contract with KPN. Our subscription will end in March. Before that, we want to switch to a cheaper subscription. We are currently paying €34.27/month for our existing subscription. Can you help with this?

To change your KPN subscription to a cheaper option, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to MijnKPN: Go to MijnKPN and log in with your KPN ID.

  2. Manage your subscription: Select the product you want to adjust, choose ‘Abonnement’ and then ‘Abonnement aanpassen’.

  3. Select a cheaper subscription: Browse the available options and select the subscription that better suits your needs and budget.

  4. Confirm the change: Follow the instructions to confirm the change. You will receive a confirmation email once the change has been processed.

Please note that certain changes may affect your contract duration or any discounts you might have. For specific questions or assistance, you can contact KPN Customer Service by phone or can come by a KPN store
